Admin Mechanic

Breaking: the resource and the command were renamed. See "Updating from ns-mekanik" in Installation.

• Renamed from ns-mekanik to ns-adminmechanic (folder, ensure line, event names).
• The command is /adminmechanic by default; Config.Command changes it ('mekanik' keeps the old one).
• English menu, and English is the default. Config.Locale = 'tr' keeps it Turkish. Every text, including part, wheel type, tint, plate, finish and xenon names, moved to locales/en.lua and locales/tr.lua.
• New config.lua: Config.Locale, Config.Command, Config.Permission (was hard-coded in server.lua).
• Offline tests (tests/run_client.lua): both languages build the full menu with no missing text, locale fallback, the server command, preview restored on close.

No change in game.

• Turkish guides (README.tr.md, INSTALLATION.tr.md, CONFIGURATION.tr.md) and ARCHITECTURE.md.
• escrow_ignore keeps client.lua and server.lua editable under Cfx escrow (their constants are the config).

The changelog starts here; earlier versions were internal.

• Paint finish is no longer a separate row: the primary and secondary colour editor has finish chips next to the colour.
• Colour editor: hue / saturation drag palette next to the RGB sliders, plus preset swatches.
• The colour editor fits a 720p screen without scrolling.
• Admin tuning menu (/mekanik, group.admin) with live preview: hover to try, Enter to keep, Backspace to put a slot back, ESC restores anything only previewed.
• Orbit camera with a preset for each part (hood and trunk open for engine / trunk parts), mouse drag and zoom.
• Repair, max performance and "revert all changes".
