These terms apply to every script sold or given away by NullSect ("we", "us") through this website and our Tebex store. By buying or downloading a NullSect script you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for every purchase. Tebex's own checkout terms apply to the payment itself. We provide the script, its updates and support.
Licence
When you buy a script you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run it on FiveM servers linked to the Cfx.re account used at checkout.
You may:
- run the script on your own servers;
- edit the files we leave open for you (config, locales, bridge and other files listed as editable in the documentation).
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, upload or leak the script or any part of it, paid or free;
- remove, bypass or tamper with Cfx.re Asset Escrow protection;
- claim the script, its interface or its artwork as your own work;
- use the script in a product you sell to others.
Breaking these rules ends the licence. We may ask Cfx.re to revoke the asset from the account involved.
Delivery
Scripts are delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster. After payment the asset appears under the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. Make sure you use the account that owns your server key.
Updates
Updates are published through Cfx.re Keymaster at no extra cost while a script is maintained. We decide what goes into an update and may stop maintaining a script; you keep the last version you received.
Support
Support is given on our Discord (see the Support page). We help with installation, configuration and bugs in our own code. We cannot debug other resources, custom edits to our files or server setups that do not meet the listed requirements.
Compatibility
Every script page lists the supported frameworks and required resources. Running a script outside those requirements is at your own risk.
No warranty
Scripts are provided "as is". We work to keep them stable, but we do not guarantee they will be free of bugs or work with every other resource or future FiveM build.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a script is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for lost revenue, lost player data or downtime on your server.
Trademarks
NullSect is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version in force when you bought a script still covers that purchase.
