ns-height

NullSect Height for Qbox (QBCore / ESX / standalone supported through bridges). Players change their character's height in centimetres, within limits, using credits given by admins.

Features

  • Height in whole centimetres, shown in cm or feet / inches (Config.Unit). The other unit is shown below it.
  • Limits in cm (default 150–200 cm) and a safety limit on the visual scale (0.80–1.20), so addon peds are never stretched too far.
  • Admins change heights for free. Other players need credits, which admins give one by one. Every applied change costs 1 credit. The preview is free.
  • Everyone sees the new height: it is synced with a player statebag and saved per character. It comes back after relog and restart.
  • Simple NUI panel: big readout, slider, +/- buttons, live preview with a camera, drag to rotate, ESC always closes.
  • Admin tab inside the same panel: online players, credits +/-, reset height. The same actions exist as commands.
  • Server-authoritative: the server validates the value, charges the credit with one atomic SQL update and is the only one writing the statebag.
  • English and Turkish locales, automatic database migrations.

Limitations

GTA V has no native to scale a ped. Like every height script, ns-height rescales the ped every frame:

  • The change is visual only. Collision, hitbox and the first-person camera height stay the same.
  • The height stays during ragdolls; the scale pauses in vehicles and on a parachute (each can be switched in Config.Disable).
  • While a scaled ped is within Config.RenderDistance, one frame loop runs. With nobody scaled nearby it sleeps.
