Installation — ns-rcs
-
Put the
ns-rcsfolder into your resources (e.g.resources/[nullsect]/ns-rcs). -
OneSync must be enabled (the jets reach other players through an entity state bag).
-
Make sure the car you want thrusters on is installed and its spawn name is in
Config.Vehicles.models(default:neon, the game's Pfister Neon, andtesroad20, a Tesla Roadster add-on that is not included), or switchConfig.Vehicles.modeto'classes'/'all'. -
Add to
server.cfgafter your framework (and ox_lib, if you use it):ensure ns-rcsFor
Config.Access.mode = 'ace'also grant the ACE, e.g.add_ace group.vip ns-rcs.use allow. -
Restart the server.
No database, no items, no SQL file.

| Server console | [ns-rcs:SV] [INFO] ready (framework=qbox, access=everyone, vehicles=list, core=…) |
| Get in the driver seat of an RCS car | the RCS gauge appears at the bottom, a hint notification once |
| Tap Q | the car hops, jets show under it, the gauge drops |
| Tap Q twice / four times | right roll / front flip, lands on its wheels |
| Hold Q | it rises ~1 m and hovers; Space climbs; release drops it |
| Tap Q five times next to a wall, hop onto it | the gauge shows "Attached", the car stays on the wall |
| A second player nearby | sees the jets and hears the hiss |
Leave the car / restart ns-rcs | gauge gone, the car falls normally (gravity back) |
Troubleshooting
- No gauge in the car → the model is not in
Config.Vehicles.models(spawn name, not label), you are not the driver, or access is denied (Config.Access). - Q does nothing → another resource uses the same key mapping or the player rebound it: check
Settings > Key Bindings > FiveM >
RCS: thrusters. - No jets visible → the particle in
Config.Effectsdoes not exist on your game build: try anotherasset/jet, or setConfig.Effects.enabled = false. - Debug:
Config.Debug = true(andConfig.DebugCategories = { rcs = true }) prints state changes and, once a second, the measured spin next toGetEntityRotationVelocityto F8.
